Terms of sale

1. General

Seller: Printa, TIN —, address: Ташкент, Узбекистан. This offer applies to anyone who places an order on the website.

By placing an order, the buyer fully accepts these terms.

2. Subject

The seller makes and delivers printed apparel based on the buyer’s design or the catalog; the buyer pays for and accepts the goods.

3. Design and image rights

The buyer confirms they have the right to use the uploaded image. The seller may refuse to print images that break the law or third-party rights.

Before printing, the seller agrees the final mock-up with the buyer.

4. Price and payment

Prices are shown in UZS. Payment is made online via the available payment systems, or on delivery where available.

5. Timing and delivery

Production takes 1–2 working days after mock-up approval and payment unless stated otherwise. Delivery is pickup or courier within Tashkent.

6. Returns

Items printed with a custom design are made to order. In case of a printing or fabric defect, the seller remakes the order for free or refunds the payment.
